Advance Payment: You pay 25% of the apartment price within 7 days after booking.
Cancellation: You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival you pay 50% of the apartment price. In case of non-arrival, the full amount will be charged.
The Balance Payment may be made before your departure in cash, by bank transfer or with PayPal.

Please note that we charge an additional €5 per day for the extra work. For larger clean-up tasks, we charge €50. Guests are responsible for the costs of any damage caused by their pet.

In winter you have the option of taking the free ski taxi (just in front of the house) to the Finkenberger Almbahnen. A ski bus stop to Mayrhofen can be reached within a 5-minute walk.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartments. Please smoke only on your balcony or in the garden. Ashtrays are provided.
